1. The Service

CivicSlate is a B2B intelligence service that surfaces pre-RFP signals from Arizona municipal public records. Access is provided via subscription following a 7-day trial. The service is intended for business use by professionals engaged in government contracting, business development, and market research.

2. Information Service Disclaimer

CivicSlate is an information service, not a legal, procurement, or compliance advisor. All signals are derived from publicly available government records and are provided for informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying procurement deadlines, requirements, and eligibility before acting on any lead. CivicSlate makes no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of signals.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. The 7-day trial provides full access at no charge. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use CivicSlate for lawful business intelligence and market research purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or sublicense signal data to third parties. Account sharing between multiple individuals at different organizations is not permitted. One account per business entity unless otherwise arranged.

5. Intellectual Property

The CivicSlate platform, scoring methodology, enrichment logic, and interface are proprietary. Source documents referenced within the platform remain the property of the originating government entities and are subject to public record laws. CivicSlate claims no ownership over underlying government records.

6. Limitation of Liability

CivicSlate's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for lost contracts, missed bids, or business decisions made based on signals provided by the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice by email or in-product notification. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
